Nick Jonas on Dating Miley Cyrus: ‘I Don’t Know That I Have Any Regrets’

Nick Jonas is an open book when it comes to his sex life and the women he’s dated in the past.
The pop singer and actor sat down Elle magazine for their May issue and participated in a Q&A session, during which the 22- year-old reflected on the Jonas Brothers era, his intimate moments, and dating his former Disney Channel colleague Miley Cyrus .

“I was so young. What’s unfortunate is that, as we got older, we ran in different circles,” he told the magazine of the relationship that ended in 2007. “We’ve always had respect and wished the best for each other. I don’t know that I have any regrets. It’s more gratitude for having had a good friend in a time of craziness in my life and in hers.”

After leaving the House of Mouse, Miley 86’d her Hannah Montana persona and made headlines by debuting her controversial side, while Nick pursued a solo career following the disbandment of the Jonas Brothers in 2013.

When asked if he and his brothers — Joe , 25, and Kevin Jonas , 27 — have ever fought over a girl, he admitted that the conflict was inevitable, but their respect for the Bro Code helped them escape any potential family drama.

“We tried to steer clear of that. It was hard,” he said. “We’re not that far apart in age. There were times that we were both into the same person. You try to be transparent. You never want to let that come between family. Obviously people subscribe to the Bro Code and all that.”
