Jonathan Meets 3 New PDP Governors Separately

President Goodluck Jonathan is meeting with three governors of the new PDP in the Presidential villa to look at the issues and agree on a new date for talks since majority of the governors are travelling for Hajj.

Jonathan is expected to meet with Governors Rotimi Amaechi (Rivers), Babangida Aliyu (Niger) and Rabiu Kwankwanso (Kano) on Monday, where he is expected to plead with them to help talk to others when they are back from the Hajj to allow him contest the 2015 presidential election without challenge.

BurningSuccess Crew gathered that the issue of Jonathan's second term ambition, which will make him spend 10 years in office, is unacceptable to the governors and others who are now discussing the opposition.

The three governors agreed to meet with Jonathan after the National Chairman of the new PDP, Alhaji Kawu Baraje gave a green light from Saudi Arabia. And two of the governors, apart from Amaechi, are said to be ready to join others in the Hajj soon after the meeting with Jonathan.

The presidency had thought that they would have cracked the ranks of the aggrieved governors by now but it seems the more they try, the more the factional party is growing stronger.
