President Goodluck Jonathan has called his major challenger and the winner of the 2015 presidential election, Muhammadu Buhari of the All Progressives Congress, APC to congratulate him.
The president spoke with Muhammadu Buhari on the phone and will address the country after rounding off his meeting with his cabinet.
